How long does processing and shipping take?
Please allow up to a week for all orders to be processed and shipped, unless it is a pre-order item. If you are ordering a pre-order item, please read the description of that item for processing and shipping info. Due to COVID-19, there may be a shipping delay.
US ORDERS: Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery (or more).
Is tracking provided?
Yes, tracking is provided for all orders.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order uses the funds provided by the pre-order sale to put the items into production. Because of this, they are set at a discounted price, and if you order a pre-order item, you get the best of the batch!
There are no refunds unless the items are not fully funded. If that's the case, I will issue refunds for all purchases.
How long does a pre-order item take to be shipped out?
Pre-orders can take 3-8 weeks to arrive to me depending on the manufacturer and another week for me to quality-check and prepare all the items before I ship them out.
Please understand that if there is an issue with the items or the manufacturer, the pre-order may be pushed back until the perfect products arrive.

I think my package is lost. What can you do about it?
We are not accountable for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are mailed, postal deliveries are out of our control.
I placed multiple orders. Can I combine shipping?
Yes! Please email victoriarosefinearts@gmail.com and put “Combine Shipping Request” in the subject line. In the email, please provide the following information:
- Email address
- Full name
- Full shipping address
- Phone number
- Order number 1
- Order number 2
- Instagram username
- Additional notes or order numbers
We will combine your orders, and you will receive a partial shipping refund.
